CHAKRA FLORAL SAGE BUNDLE

Burning sage has been used for thousands of years as a ritual of cleansing and purification to take away negative energy. Smoke cleansing is a practice seen in many different cultures using sage, incense, wood, herbs, or other natural resources.

To use: Carefully light the bundle. After 20 seconds, gently shake or blow the bundle until it is just embers and smoke and place the sage in the shell. Use your hand or a feather to direct the smoke over your body and areas of your home.
